The refunctionalization project for “Palazzo Boscarino” is a building renovation intervention aimed at transforming the structure through several integrated actions. The primary goals of the project are the improvement of seismic performance and the energy efficiency of the structure. The planned works include seismic retrofitting, energy requalification, the redistribution of internal spaces and the resulting redesign of the façade system, in addition to the replacement of the roof with a solution more suitable for the new overall image of the palace.
