The project involves the construction of the new operational headquarters for the company SEAB S.p.A., which is responsible for the urban hygiene services of the Municipality of Bolzano. The facility will be located on Via Lungo Isarco Sinistro, north of the new Bolzano waste-to-energy plant and adjacent to the A22 motorway. The new building will be developed across three above-ground levels and one basement level, designed to house the company’s logistics and management activities. The main functions of the headquarters include the sheltering of heavy and light municipal cleaning vehicles, as well as the storage of all necessary materials for waste collection and street cleaning.
