MyCityBari is an innovative urban regeneration project in Bari, focused on nature and socialization to enhance resident well-being. The apartment complex will be built on the site of the former Santa Lucia clinic, following a phase of demolition and subsequent new construction. The external ventilated façade is characterized by a rationalist style, achieved through a three-dimensional ceramic cladding which, with its mouldings and geometric patterns, recalls the architecture of Bari’s historic center. In sharp contrast, the internal courtyard is defined by large, organically shaped terraces and apartments finished with a plastered external insulation (EIFS) in soft colors. This particular internal configuration, developing through contour lines, creates an organic-shaped courtyard designed to host the green and social heart of the complex.
