The project concerns a work intended for national defense (Category: Barracks) which responds to the Armed Force’s need to modernize its real estate assets and provide adequate accommodation capacity for the 11th Bersaglieri Regiment at the “Leccis” barracks in Zoppola – Orcenico Superiore (PN).

This requirement is related to the reorganization of the military instrument, professionalization, and the introduction of female personnel.

The building consists of three connected structures, developed over five above-ground levels. The ground floor is dedicated to technical rooms and storage, while the first, second, and third floors house 36 apartments intended for four occupants each. The attic floor (sottotetto) is uninhabitable and accommodates the plant systems (impiantistica).
