The Katané shopping mall of Catania, built over an area of 33.400sqm, includes a Coop hypermarket totalling 13.500sqm, a commercial mall totalling 15.500sqm with no. 70 stores, car parks (partially underground), technical services spaces and good offloading yard.

Katané shopping mall represents the first initiative carried out by Cmc developing and promoting all transactions of the operation, such as building site purchase, business and town planning procedures, till construction and turnkey sale of the whole complex.
