The project involves the construction of a Service Centre for the Elderly and Disabled in the Municipality of Caorle (VE), dedicated to healthcare, social-health, and rehabilitation assistance.

The modern and welcoming structure will develop over a maximum of four above-ground floors and will offer up to 150 beds, 90 of which are eligible for public agreement. The facility will include dedicated spaces for rehabilitation, summer stays, and targeted activities, thereby enhancing the quality of care services for the most vulnerable individuals.

The ground floor will house all management areas (offices, reception, outpatient clinics, kitchen) and several common areas for guests, including a gym, living room, chapel, and café, all designed for relaxation and socialisation.

The upper floors (first to third), along with a portion of the ground floor, will be dedicated to patient rooms (single and double with private bathrooms) and will include support facilities such as dining rooms, lounges, and operational spaces.

The external landscaping will complete the complex with transit and parking areas for vehicles and pedestrian pathways surrounded by greenery, featuring lawns and trees to create a serene and harmonious context.
