PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The new High-Speed/High-Capacity (AV/AC) Brescia Est – Verona railway line extends for approximately 48 km, crossing 2 Regions, 3 Provinces, and 11 Municipalities. It develops primarily alongside existing infrastructure until reaching Verona with the new HS tracks and the new Verona Merci Interconnection.
Contract 6, “Paradiso,” focuses on the line works and associated structures, comprised between kilometer markers (Pk) 135+116.62 and km 140+090.52 (Even Track), excluding a short intermediate section (Pk 138+119.62 to Pk 138+481.62). All these works are part of the Brescia-Verona Functional Lot (Construction Lot 1) within the overall Turin-Venice AV/AC Line, Milan-Verona section.
