The project involves the construction of a modern school hub in Montegiorgio (FM), specifically in the Morrecine/Crocedivia area, on a site spanning approximately 45,000 sqm.

The complex is conceived as an “urban center of supra-local interest” and a crucial opportunity for post-earthquake reconstruction. It will encompass a primary school (10 classrooms for 250 pupils) and a lower secondary school (12 classrooms for 300 pupils), in addition to offices, a school canteen, a multi-functional gymnasium, and an auditorium.

The school is developed on two levels around two courtyards: the ground floor houses the primary school, canteen, kitchen, and administration, while the first floor is dedicated to the secondary school and the library.

The construction is divided into two functional phases: the first phase (stralcio) includes the entire school building and the gymnasium, and the second phase (not part of this contract) will complete the auditorium.

The gymnasium, designed to CONI standards, is an integral part of the complex and serves not only the scholastic needs but also the extracurricular needs of the community, housing a multi-functional court and stands with approximately 465 seats.
