Quality, Safety & Health and Environment Policies of Cmc have been merged since 2004: same company’s structure of reference, same method approach. Company’s polices have been reviewed, made uniform and merged in a single quality-safety and health-environment policy.
Quality Management
Quality is the key to reach Client’s and other interested parties satisfaction and to add value to company’s processes.
Cmc Quality Management System was assessed and registered by SGS Italia as meeting the requirements of ISO 9001-2008.
SGS Certificate, issued the first time on 7 July 2000, applies to design and construction of civil, hydraulic and infrastructural works.
Safety & Health Management
Health and safety of all its members and personnel have always been of paramount importance in Cmc policies and activities. Ever since its foundation in 1901, the Cooperative has considered it a moral duty to create and maintain a healthy and safe working environment, convinced that a construction site with well organised safety, hygiene and sanitary conditions for workers, will prove to be financially more efficient.
Cmc Safety and Health Management System has been assessed and registered on 27 January 2009 by SGS Italia as meeting the requirements of OHSAS 18001:2007.
Environment Management
Measures relevant to environment protection and pollution prevention are managed by Cmc as directly and naturally supplemented with the safety & health ones.
Cmc environment management, in compliance with ISO 14001, was implemented on May 2006 and the relevant certification has been obtained in February 2008.
