Construction of the Maciachini-Dergano section of Milan subway Line 3 extension.

The project entailed the excavation of about 1.000 meters of a double track, underground railway tunnel and the construction of the relevant station body (called Dergano station), duly equipped with all necessary facilities.

The tunnel excavation works started from three access shafts, distributed along the line and executed inside the perimeter of reinforced concrete diaphragm-walls.
