Construction of an approximately 1,600 sq. m one-floor building divided into an administration area and an area used for the training – also through flight simulators – of American and NATO pilots. The building will be almost entirely built in reinforced concrete so as to meet the safety requirements set forth by the American standards and regulations. The project includes all finishes and the installation of technological systems, which – as was the case with previous projects carried out for the same Employer – shall meet the parameters required for the Silver-level LEED certification, This includes, for instance, the installation of solar panelson the flat roof, the use of materials produced within an 800 km radius and by the building site itself, the installation of limited-water-consumption sanitary fittings, and a waste disposal systems ensuring the maximum possible recycling.
