The consortium company Empedocle S.c.p.A. established by Cooperativa Muratori & Cementisti – C.M.C di Ravenna and by the Consorzio Cooperative di Costruzioni – C.C.C. Società Cooperativa, which has sold its participation share in the aforementioned Company to ITER Cooperative Ravennate, operates on behalf and in the exclusive interest of the aforementioned companies and, therefore, without pursuing profit purposes and has as object the activities entrusted to the above-mentioned member-consortium companies by ANAS S.p.A. of Rome.

Its activity consists in the realization of the adaptation to 4 lanes of the SS640 of Porto Empedocle, section from km. 9800 to km. 44.400.
