Quality Management System

Cmc adopts a Quality Management System certified for compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard by the following bodies:

SGS Italia SpA – Systems & Services Certification (Cert. No. IT00/0255.00). Scope of certification: Design and construction of civil, hydraulic, and infrastructural works (EA Sector: 28).
SGS Italia SpA – Systems & Services Certification (Cert. No. IT00/0255.01). Scope of certification: Management of general contractor activities carried out pursuant to TITLE III of Legislative Decree 50/2016, coordinated with corrective Legislative Decree 56/2017 and subsequent amendments (EA Sectors: 35, 28, 34).

Environmental Management System

Cmc adopts an Environmental Management System certified for compliance with the ISO 14001:2015 standard by:

SGS Italia SpA – Systems & Services Certification (Cert. No. IT08/0161). Scope of certification: Design and construction of civil, hydraulic, and infrastructural works within the national territory (EA Sector: 28).

Occupational Health and Safety Management System

Cmc adopts an Occupational Health and Safety Management System certified for compliance with the ISO 45001:2018standard by:

SA8000 Social Accountability Management System

Cmc adopts an SA8000 Social Accountability Management System certified for compliance with the SA8000:2014standard by SI Cert s.a.g.l. (Cert. No. 020N-CMC-S). Purpose of the certification: To increase awareness of socially responsible corporate management, ensure transparency in human resources management, and monitor ethics and social fairness throughout the supply chain of suppliers and contractors.

ISO 39001 Road Traffic Safety Management System

Cmc adopts ISO 39001:2012, the international standard providing the framework for a road traffic safety management system, aimed at improving overall safety and reducing the risk of injury or death caused by road accidents.

UNI PdR 125 Gender Equality Management System

Cmc adopts PdR 125:2022, the international reference standard providing the framework for a gender equality management system to foster an inclusive work environment.

Energy Management System

Cmc adopts an Energy Management System certified as compliant with the ISO 50001:2018 standard by BQC (Cert. No. 1100CN24004WW4734). The objective of the certification is to achieve an increase in energy efficiency.

ISO 37001:2016 Anti-Bribery Management System

CMC adopts an ABMS (Anti-Bribery Management System) to prevent corruption through specific policies, controls, and procedures.

The CMC System establishes rules, roles, and processes to ensure that project data is organized, shared, and controlled in a structured manner throughout the entire lifecycle of the work.

CMC adopts responsible purchasing practices, considering environmental, social, and economic impacts throughout the entire supply chain.

ISO 31000:2018 Risk Management

CMC adopts a structured approach to identify, analyze, and treat risks, translating this into more informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
